Mrs. Johari Shwetha Vinod Singh a Finance & Accounts connoisseur and a leader at a major corporate company IBM, with a vision of becoming a successful Enttrepreneur in the Construction Industry and a mission to gratify clients dream started “ NIMMANE” on 06/03/2020 providing services in FINANCE, REAL ESTATE, MAN POWEER SERVICES, & CONSTRUCTION.
“NIMMANE” With a dream of providing best in the market of construction services and being a general contractor offering construction services in terms of Site Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Preliminary Design, and permissions as per the zoning regulations started its pilot service along with her partner for Life Mr. Lakshmi Ramaiah Shetty.
NIMMANE INTERIORS
Whereas in the year 2021 Mr. Lakshmi Ramaiah Shetty decided to follow the footsteps of his late father Shri. Subbaiah Shetty one amongst the members of a renowned business family in Krishnarajapuram (K.R. Puram) since ages and was a very well known real estate businessman by himself who formed many Residential Layouts in K R Puram and surrounding areas creating an opportunity for people with a goal to own a plot and build their dream house.
Therefore acquiring immense knowledge about real estate and construction from his master businessman father and through his business lineage, in 2021 Mr. Lakshmi Ramaiah Shetty started “NIMMANE INTERIORS” a proprietorship concern as a subsidiary which shall support the construction business carried out by “NIMMANE” which was owned by Mrs. Johari Shwetha and also his partner for life.
NIMMANE CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIORS
After long and fruitful collaboration business transactions between “NIMMANE” & “NIMMANE INTERIORS”, Mrs. Johari Shwetha decided to merge the company with Nimmane Interiors by signing the merger agreement and thereon after the completion of merger Construction & Interiors service both combined is now named as single entity and it is “NIMMANE CONSTRU CTION AND INTERIORS”, and continues to serve the customers by creating a successful partnership with them throughout the process of the service availed.
